Crystal City Ride
Arlington Sports and the Crystal City Business Improvement District proudly offer all USA Cycling licensed racers a special invitation to participate in a new cycling event - "Crystal Ride" - and Go for the Gold! As a show of support, we are offering holders of valid USA Cycling Federation Domestic Member Licenses the opportunity to register for this inaugural event for only $10! [standard registration fees are $60.]
Crystal Ride, which kicks off the 2nd Annual U.S. Air Force Cycling Classic, organized and promoted by Arlington Sports, is designed to be a cycling event on a similar tone as the European Gran Fondos, offering riders of all abilities the chance to test their legs on the same course as the pros.
Crystal Ride also creates a space for bikes that has never existed in our region. This event offers cyclists a place free of cars, walkers, joggers, dogs, strollers, etc. A place just for bikes! By coming out and participating, you can help pave the way for more events that demonstrate the need for more bike-only spaces, whether its for group training rides, categorized races, or top pro events.
